                                                                Wish List for Horse Rescue

"If you can help with any of the below, please contact one of the members on the Email menu on our website. Thanks in advance."

S.C.A.R.E. is a state wide non-profit organization and our mission is to assist equines in need. By completing and returning the  information  on the website you become a member of S.C.A.R.E., Inc. Membership into the organization is free, although we do accept donations at any time. Please indicate on the form how you may be able to participate in S.C.A.R.E.'s mission. The continued growth of S.C.A.R.E. depends on those who are willing to volunteer time to assist with our county-by-county outreach efforts to ensure that all equines in need can be reached. There are many ways you can be involved with S.C.A.R.E. For example, are you willing to provide a safe layover facility for horses in need, and if yes, for how long? Would you enjoy visiting horses in foster care to help with grooming? Can you help to transport one or more equines either locally or statewide? Can you provide temporary quarantine facilities or meeting space? Would you like to help with special events, and if yes, to what extent? Can we call you on short notice if your assistance is needed? Do you have any previous experience investigating animal abuse or neglect? Several committees are currently being developed; can you serve on a committee for one event or for one year? Will you help organize and manage events? S.C.A.R.E. is an all-volunteer organization and as we continue to grow we must rely more and more on those who will give time, energy and support. Thank you for your interest!
